Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are still intact and securely attached.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
